Stocking Fillers (£20 or less)

I’ll start the list off with gifts that come in under £20, these products are perfect to compliment larger gifts or to fill up a stocking above the fireplace.

Mr Nutcase Macbook Cover

Aukey Wireless Sports Headphones : pretty much every January local gyms get bombarded with people trying to lose weight as a new years resolution and burn off the extra Christmas calories.  If you know someone like this, why not make it a bit more bearable with a pair of Bluetooth headphones for blasting workout tunes.

Anker MFi Certified 6ft Lightning Cable : One day, every electronic device will use wireless charging but until that day we need cables. You can never have too many Apple Lightning cables, and these MFi certified Anker cables come in at just under 2M, and are genuinely better quality than the official Apple cable.

Spigen Apple Watch Stand : With the Apple WatchOS 2 came Nighstand mode and this dock from Spigen makes a perfect bedside table stand for the Apple Watch.

Aukey 20000mAh External Battery : This one is for those loved one’s who are always complaining about their phone battery or always use it as an excuse for not replying. This Aukey external battery packs enough juice to recharge even an iPhone 6 up to 7 times.

Quad Lock iPhone 6/6S Case : I have used this case (in different models) for over two years now and I can swear by the quality and protection, check out my reviews for the iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5S models. For the iPhone 6/6s Plus check the Amazon list or the official Quadlock site.

MrNutcase Personalised Phone/Tablet/Computer Case : If you’re in need of something a little more personal then check out the cases over at MrNutcase, upload a picture and have it printed on a phone, tablet or a computer case. Use Quidco and qualify for cash-back.

Enoloop Rechargeable AA BatteriesEnvelop batteries are already pre-charged so they are ready to use immediately, just like a standard battery and can be recharged up to 2,100 times.

Big Stocking Fillers (£20 – £50)

Next up are some slightly bigger gifts that will bring a smile to anyone’s face whether they be a tech lover or not, however they might not fit in the stocking.

Lionbay HD Action Camera : I recently reviewed this 1080p action camera on the blog and I was really impressed, you don’t need to fork out hundreds for a decent camera to get great action footage.

Thule Subterra 13″ Macbook Sleeve : This is the Macbook sleeve that I have used for the last couple of months and I am very happy with it. Waterproof, well protected and is compatible with any Macbook 13 inches or smaller.

Avantek Bluetooth Fitness Tracker : A great budget activity tracker that doesn’t lack features, I recently wrote about this activity tracker here on the blog.

Chromecast 2 : Google’s next generation TV streaming stick turned circle has received very positive reviews since its release in October.

Sandisk Extreme 64 GB USB 3 Flash Drive : Easily the best USB flash drive on the market with equally the best read/write speeds.

Aglaia LED Desk Lamp : The Aukey LED Eye-caring Desk Lamp is a sleek and elegant lamp that creates the perfect ambience. The LED’s will never flicker like traditional lighting sources, this means less strain on your eye, and less fatigue, so you can read more, studying longer or simply indulge in the soothing atmosphere.

For those Special Ones (£50 – £100)

If you’re looking to spend just that bit more, than I’ve got you covered.

Withings Smart Body Analyser : For that person who likes to weigh themselves and know everything there is to know about their body, the Withings Smart Body Analyser records weight, fat %, BMI, room temperature and keeps your data safe in the cloud.

Yeti by Blue Microphone : The Yeti is one of the most advanced and versatile multi-pattern USB microphones available anywhere. Combining three capsules and four different pattern settings, the Yeti is the ultimate tool for creating amazing recordings, directly to your computer.

Jabra Move Wireless : Not only do these headphones sound great for Bluetooth headphones, they were comfortable, built to last, and affordable.

£100 – £250

Here are a few gift ideas for those real tech junkies, still in a reasonable price range.

Samsung 850 Evo 500 GB SSD : Most SSD’s are great and would be one of the biggest improvements to a computer running on a HDD, but some are better than others and this Samsung SSD is currently the best on the market.

WD My Passport External Hard Drive : Easily the most common product I get asked about, my general advice is to stay away from Seagate and this 3TB Western Digital has more than enough storage to back up a lot of photos and videos.

Pebble Time Smart Watch : Current generation of one of the original smart watches. If this is anything like its predecessor then it i’m sure that it’ll bring more than a smile to anyones face.

Sonos Play 1 : A modular sound system that allows streaming of music over multiple devices spread throughout the house.

UE Boom 2 : Although we are a long way off days by the pool, the UE Boom is the best wireless waterproof external speaker available, it connects to a phone to blast out music.

Big Boys Toys (£250 – £500)

These gifts are guaranteed to get a reaction on Christmas morning, just make sure they get opened last as you might not see the receiver for the rest of the day.

LG Nexus 5X 32GB : One of the flagship budget telephones of the year released in late October. This is one of the few Android phones I wouldn’t mind owning.

Apple Watch Sport 42mm : This is Apple’s take on a smart watch, it is very sport orientated and is a must have for any iPhone owner to be able to fully exploit its potential.

Sony A5100 : The Sony a5100 is an entry-level mirrorless camera I recommend for most beginners. It stands out from the competition by delivering superior photo quality while being easier to use right out of the box thanks to simple menus and controls.

Apple iPad Air 2 : I don’t believe that the iPad Air 2 has any competition in the tablet category, this most recent model features Touch ID and an amazing camera.

Under The Tree (£500 +)

I’d be particularly jealous of those lucky enough to receive any of these gifts, the pinnacles of technology.

Apple iPhone 6S Plus : This is the fastest selling and most sold smartphone of 2015, anyone would be very lucky to receive one of these for Christmas. I recommend buying at least a 64GB model and buying direct from the Apple Store as you generally cant buy it cheaper from genuine stores.

Sony RX100 Mark IV : Incontestably the best point and shoot digital camera on the market featuring a beautiful Zeiss lens. Perfect to capture those Christmas memories.

DJI Phantom 3 Professional 4K : I would give my left arm to wake up on Christmas day with a DJI Phantom 3 underneath the Christmas tree, wait a minute I take that back because then I wouldn’t be able to pilot it ! This is the MUST HAVE drone of 2015, but watch out where you fly it because you might be breaking the law.

Panasonic GH4 : I purchased this camera in October and I am so happy that I didn’t settle for a cheaper one. This camera will produce cinema quality 4K video and it has one of the quickest autofocus on modern-day cameras. It won’t disappoint.

Samsung UE40JU7000 40″ Television : I have the earlier version of this Samsung TV model, watching Netflix and Youtube in 4K with the Smart TV apps is a real game changer.

Sony VPL-HW40ES Full HD/3D Video Projector : If you’re looking for something a bit more than a television then this Sony video projector will provide a high-definition video on a screen or even on to a wall.

Apple Macbook : What better way to finish the list than with the latest 12″ Macbook from Apple. Also available in gold if you prefer.
